With all the luxury small ship competition coming into the market, we suggest Seabourn drop the buffets, break the Colonnade and The Restaurant into 4 'specialty' restaurants, reduce the number of menu items per restaurant to improve quality, and hire some senior staff who have worked in upscale restaurants that regularly score 4.The ship is very nice, no complaints about the Veranda Suites, service was a mixed bag with excellent service coming from suite stewards and entertainers.Read More

Overall, we had a nice cruise because of the crew and delightful fellow passengers, but there were many unmet expectations on a supposedly 5 star cruise line.While the Solis bar and Observation bar are nice to have a pre dinner or post dinner drink, they don't have a lot of seating, so good luck!Read More
