Many staff are excellent onboard our ship and our room (Penthouse) was ample and well laid out. That said, I think Oceania provides lower costs but that means a lower staffing level. We chartered the barge for our family, two parents, two adult children and two daughters in law. The trip vastly exceeded our expectations. The ship (The Grace) was clean and comfortable and the crew was very attentive. The food was outstanding and the portion sizes were perfect. We had such high hopes about this cruise but came away disappointed. We would say it didn't measure up to competition (with like class cruise lines: Viking, Azamara, Windstar). Our Cruise through the Galapagos Islands on Quasar's Evolution yacht was the best nature-oriented vacation we've ever taken.
