Not a good value bc of the food!

Review for a Alaska Cruise on Seven Seas Explorer

10+ Cruises • Age 48s

This cruise was quite the disappointment. The disappointment was mainly rooted in the cuisine however the lack of attention to this portion is prevalent throughout their onboard service culture. 1. Embarkation - Very easy, smooth, and fast. We took an Uber from Anchorage to Seward (beautiful drive - 2.5 hours) and were dropped off right at the luggage depot. The porters took our luggage and ...

A gorgeous ship whose staff still leave me wanting

Review for a Baltic Sea Cruise on Le Lyrial (Ponant)

Belgian cruiser1
10+ Cruises • Age 61s

Ponant is still sort of a double-edged sword. The ships look sleek (and Le Lyrial is gorgeous to look at while it's waiting for you in a Scottish Loch) and go where others cannot, but the service always misses something that makes you wonder while they can't get some basic things fixed (getting your glass refilled with water during dinner has been an issue for years, and figuring out how much you ...

Beautiful way to experience Alaska

Review for a Alaska Cruise on Regatta

2-5 Cruises • Age 65s

Crew was very friendly and experienced. Food was generally very good to excellent but sometimes served cold especially at breakfast. Our package included free beer and wine at lunch and dinner so we didn’t even use our bottles we brought on board. Cabins were clean and well kept. Stewards were very responsive to your needs or request. We had a fantastic Cruise Director that was extremely ...

Wonderful ship; great experience.

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on Seven Seas Splendor

10+ Cruises • Age 69s

Great cruise. We loved the ship--by far the best of my ten cruises. The superior sute was extremenly spacious, with loads of storage. Even a walk-in closest! My only two minor nits--first, while I know the cruise line will not do anything to harm sales, it would have been good to know that four of our days, either on the cruise of immediately after, were holidays (Orhtodox East Sunday, ...

Review for a World Cruise Cruise on Riviera

10+ Cruises • Age 78s

After more than 5 cruises we find that it has changed. It claims the best cuisine at sea but now fails to deliver. The crew are different ,many many more Indians and many fewer Phillippinos whose energy and enthusiasm was badly missed. Firstly the buffet repetitive and lacking any imagination ,the speciality restaurants just bland and tasteless .Throughout the ship the starters lacked any ...

Great Cruise in Mediterranean

Review for a Europe - Western Mediterranean Cruise on Wind Spirit

Misty Morning
10+ Cruises • Age 61s

Just back from another great Windstar cruise (our 13th) from Barcelona to Rome. This was the first time we took Windstar (or any cruise line from that matter) for a European cruise and, also the first time we sailed on the Wind Spirit, our previous 12 cruises having all been in the Caribbean (Wind Surf, Star Pride, Star Legend & Wind Star). We sailed with another couple (their 4th time on Windstar ...

Windstar Star Breeze - Dreams of Tahiti

Review for a South Pacific Cruise on Star Breeze

6-10 Cruises • Age 63s

Star Breeze - Dreams of Tahiti 7 day Papeete to Papeete, April 25, 2024. Best cruise ship I have been on. Only about 230 passengers - small ship. Cabin - excellent. Food - all dining included - food 8 out of 10. Cabin attendant 10/10. Staff overall 10/10. Excursions were great. What I liked most about the Star Breeze is the size of the ship - no long lines, easy to get to where you need to be, ...

Great cruise on Azamara Quest

Review for a Europe - Western Mediterranean Cruise on Azamara Quest

10+ Cruises • Age 55s

A great short cruise with a very mixed crowd. I was surprised by the amount of younger people onboard. I love the itinerary. Great stops and long hours in port. The service was fantastic. The food in general really good. The buffet could be slightly better sometimes. Entertainment was very good except for the show by the azamara singers and dancers. Overall a fantastic cruise on a great and ...

What a great experience!

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on Viking Jupiter

2-5 Cruises • Age 64s

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves on this cruise. Our stateroom (DV) had ample space for the two of us; we even separated our beds into twins! We loved sleeping with the sliding door open to hear the waves and feel the breeze. We loved the room service, and we easily got Manfredi's and Chef's table reservations once aboard the ship. All of the food is superior! I am not a "buffet ...
